When it comes to looking badass, Batman totally beats Superman, hands down. I mean seriously. Let's look at the contestants:

Batman: Sexy and in all black.

Superman: Gay brief over gay tights, and colors that are bright(otherwise known as gay).

Get my point? Last I checked, gay does not = badass.
